    I am interested in the culture part of this topic, especially looking at companies after e.g. 5 years and an organisation of 100 and above. Maybe we can discuss the main barriers to overcome in this process.

    Hey Salim, well it strongly depends on the development state the company is in. My opinion: If the co-founders are still in the management they are extremely determent on the success of lean and agile in the company, if they are out and "just" invested it would help but is not critical. We do often work with established internet companies trying to become lean - mostly from product or tech department - and the management is far behind and needs to be convinced for a sustainable effect.
