An error occurred while saving the comment Heico commentedHey Salim, well it strongly depends on the development state the company is in. My opinion: If the co-founders are still in the management they are extremely determent on the success of lean and agile in the company, if they are out and "just" invested it would help but is not critical. We do often work with established internet companies trying to become lean - mostly from product or tech department - and the management is far behind and needs to be convinced for a sustainable effect.
